Somm Sessions brought together elegant pours, inspired pairings, and musical movement for an upscale lunch at Adalina Italian. Top Chicago sommeliers went head-to-head, pairing wines with songs to find the perfect rhythm for each signature dish.

With every course, guests experienced a unique blend of flavor and sound, all while supporting the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
