Somm Sessions sets the table for an afternoon of elegant pours, inspired pairings, and a little musical movement. Over an upscale lunch at Adalina Italian, top Chicago sommeliers go head-to-head to pair wines with songs, finding the perfect rhythm for each signature dish.

With every course, the music shifts, the wines flow, and guests discover how flavor and sound can move in step. Best of all, every glass raised supports the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
