Aprille Bagatsing is a Food & Beverage Professional who believes world-class hospitality should feel effortless and welcoming. With a strong back-of-house foundation, she brings a well-rounded understanding of how restaurants operate. Aprille has led elite operations across the United States, from building a wine program for The Pink Pony on Mackinac Island, Michigan to most notably serving as a General Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. Now based in Chicago as the Wine Curator for premier concepts under José Andrés and Gibsons Restaurant Group (Bar Mar & Bazaar), she combines mentorship with a simple philosophy: keep the wine flowing, making the entire experience approachable and fun.
