Todd Hawkesworth is the Executive Chef of Gus’ Sip & Dip, Crying Tiger, and Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club, bringing more than eight years of dedicated culinary leadership to Lettuce Entertain You. Driven by a deep commitment to camaraderie, mentorship, and uncompromising guest hospitality, Todd oversees every facet of restaurant operations, from menu development and staffing, to precise daily execution.

His passion for the kitchen ignited at a young age while cooking for his family, eventually launching his professional career at age 17. After honing his craft across diverse culinary landscapes in Virginia, St. John, Virgin Islands, and Chicago–including impactful tenures at Mon Ami Gabi (Lincoln Park) and RPM Steak–Todd was part of the grand opening team for Gus’ Sip & Dip on New Year’s Eve 2025. He next joined Chef Thai Dang to launch Lettuce’s acclaimed Southeast Asian concept Crying Tiger in October 2025, then assumed the Executive Chef role at the opulent Kitty's Cosmopolitan Club in 2026.

Building on the success of Gus’ Sip & Dip’s rapid rise to local and national acclaim, including recognition as No. 27 on North America’s 50 Best Bars List by World’s 50 Best and a coveted 1 PIN from The Pinnacle Guide, Todd remains focused on continuously elevating culinary standards and driving the same momentum at Kitty’s Cosmopolitan Club.
