Tavern on Rush will offer a Chicago Gourmet Tasting Experience for Two, featuring five progressive shared courses per couple.

The experience highlights Tavern’s evolving culinary direction with signature menu items including Hamachi Crudo, Tuna Tartare, Shrimp Carpaccio, Short Rib Bao, and Matcha Cheesecake. An optional Southern Glazer’s wine pairing will be available for $55 per guest.
