A luxurious blend of premium jumbo lump blue crab and tender Gulf shrimp, hand-formed with fresh herbs and subtle Cajun spices, then lightly crisped to a golden finish. Served with our signature Creole remoulade, house-pickled okra, and fresh citrus.

Tender lobster folded into cavatappi pasta and enveloped in a rich five-cheese Cajun cream sauce. Finished with Parmesan, fresh herbs, and a buttery lobster garnish.

Perfectly seared Atlantic salmon finished with a bright Creole lemon beurre blanc and cracked black pepper. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
