Italian Feast on the Chicago Riverwalk, presented by Performance Foodservice, featured chefs Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia, Cafe Spiaggia, Terzo Piano), Sarah Grueneberg (Monteverde), Tony Priolo (Piccolo Sogno, Nonnina), and Fabio Viviani (Bar Siena, Siena Tavern). They collaborated on a multi-course Italian feast served along Chicago's beautifully renewed Riverwalk. Toasting the night away with Campari cocktails, Ruffino wine, presented by Master of Wine, Peter Marks, and Birra Moretti guests savored in Chicago's remarkable skyline. Tables were set along the picturesque river transporting everyone to the canals of Venice.
