Presented by S.Rosen's, Ballpark Fare Goes Gourmet flipped the script from average ballpark franks with 15 of Chicago’s preeminent toques preparing elevated interpretations of classic ballpark fare – think “haute” dogs and more! Kicked off by emcee Billy Dec, the chef lineup included Jimmy Bannos, Jr. (The Purple Pig), Paul Kahan (One Off Hospitality), Jeff Mauro (Pork & Mindy's), and Jason Vincent (Giant). All participants knocked it out of the park with creative dishes incorporating their favorite ballpark eats. Guests enjoyed musical entertainment and refreshing beverages while snacking on sensational summertime cuisine in the heart of Wrigleyville adjacent to the celebrated Wrigley Field.
