Bringing years of epicurean experience and dynamic culinary talent, Erazo oversees all food and beverage for the recently renovated hotel including the new lounge, restaurant and in-room dining concept, Sensory Direct.

Erazo began his career in South Florida gaining experience at some of the premier hotels and restaurants in the Miami market. His portfolio includes chef positions at Hyatt Regency in both the Miami and Weston locations in addition to Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, a Five Star Five Diamond property in Sunny Isles Beach. While earning his associate degree in applied science in culinary arts as well as a bachelor’s degree in culinary management from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, Erazo was selected to work abroad in the education program in Germany. Before joining Silversmith Hotel to head the culinary efforts at Adamus, Erazo was admired for his high integrity and professional standards at Azurea, the signature restaurant at One Ocean Resort & Spa in Jacksonville.
