Our new Executive Chef hails from Long Island, bringing a lifelong passion for the culinary arts to our kitchen. He cooked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Manhattan, before turning his focus to fine dining spots with a focus on greater simplicity. Michael moved to Chicago to be closer to family, working at Dusek's in Pilsen before joining Mordecai earlier this year. We're thrilled to have such a talented chef on our team!
