Kevin Cuddihee is the Executive Chef at Porter Kitchen and Deck in the West Loop. Kevin brings 23 years of restaurant experience to the kitchen at Porter. After completing Culinary Arts studies at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago in 2008, Kevin interned at Alinea Restaurant in Chicago.
Following his time at Alinea, Kevin started his own Private Chef Business for several years. In 2012, Kevin was on the opening team at TWO Restaurant in West Town. During his time at TWO Restaurant, Kevin and his team were awarded 5 consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand Awards.
In 2015 Kevin was promoted to Executive Chef at TWO, a position he held until 2019 when he left to take over the kitchen at Porter. When he is not in the kitchen, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, gardening, and golfing.
