Egor is the new mixologist at Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits. He has over 10 years of professional experience in mixology focused bars, restaurants, hotels, pop-ups and other events. For many years Egor worked as a passionate bartender, beverage director and spirits professional in Chicago's "Untitled Supper Club", The Promontory, Duseks, and James Hotel.
Egor started his career in St Petersburg 10 years ago, worked in many cocktail bars in Miami after. Besides curating seasonal cocktail menus in city's most popular bars, Egor developed a passion for spirits education and now also works with Chicago Beverage Tasting Institute and consults on executing large scale events that require creative mixology approach. Egor holds numerous certifications and awards, he visited and worked with many distilleries in United States, Mexico and Scotland. He is also a certified Cicerone and expert in beer.
Egor had won many regional and national cocktail and bartending competitions that opened the doors for working with award winning portfolios of brands like Beam Suntory, Bacardi and Pernod Richard. He represented USA on World Cocktail Championship in Tokyo 2016 where he was the first American to take home the medal.
