Daisuke Nakazawa
Chef Daisuke Nakazawa is chef/owner of Sushi Nakazawa, a New York Times four-star omakase restaurant in Manhattan’s West Village. Opened in 2013, Sushi Nakazawa serves the 20-course omakase menu of Chef Nakazawa, in a Western setting. The artistry of combining the internationally and domestically sourced ingredients is only matched by the restaurant’s impeccable service. As seen on the Netflix Documentary “Jiro Dreams of Sushi,” Nakazawa is a former apprentice of JIro Ono and his Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo, Japan.
