Brian Wiley is the lead bartender at Noyane, the new Japanese rooftop at the Conrad Chicago. He currently leads the Japanese inspired beverage program and bar staff.
Wiley started his career in finance and has an MBA from UIC. He left the finance industry after 10 years to pursue his love of hospitality industry. His first endeavor was creating a whiskey and pizza concept in the West Loop. After a successful run, he went on to work with the Fifty / 50 group.
Brian currently resides in Chicago and in his free time works on a non-profit driven business that helps raise money for those in the non-profit community.
