Brad is the host of “It's Alive,” which largely focuses on food fermentation projects. Brad is also the host of the free TV show “It’s Alive: Goin’ Places,” where he explores central Texas’ culinary offerings in the series’ first season.
Brad grew up hunting and fishing with his dad and spent a lot of time in the woods. There, he learned respect for ingredients and nature in general. Cooking has always been a major part of Brad’s life and his passion ultimately led him to join the Bon Appétit team in 2011. Find him on Instagram @brad_leone.
