(Reyes) Wholeheartedly, I truly appreciate all of the above for giving me the opportunity to be able to take my career to the next level. My focus is on tradition while adding a twist to ever changing culinary trends. There’s no reason to reinvent the wheel, take the originals and add passion, personal creativity and work with the best sustainable local ingredients when available. If you’re able to create a compellation of that nature, then you are on the path to something wonderful.
