Born and raised in Everett, MA, Andrea Coté always had a natural affinity for the creative fields. Coté attended Boston University where she studied communications and became a realtor by trade while being painter at heart. Looking to bridge the gap between her creative nature and a desire to explore the hospitality industry, Coté began studying pastry at the International Culinary Center in NYC. Upon graduation, Coté joined the pastry team of Jean-Georges and Nougatine at Jean-Georges, and further cultivated her skills at three Michelin-starred Per Se as Pastry Chef de Partie. In 2014, she moved to Chicago as the Pastry Chef for the Boka Group’s GT Prime and GT Fish & Oyster. During her free time she frequently visits family back on the East Coast and enjoys bicycling and lounging at the beach.
