KRISTIN BALARK
Kristin has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years with experience in Culinary, Restaurants, Hotels, and Consulting. She is currently the Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Chicago, the largest hotel in the city. One of her favorite hospitality experiences was consulting and opening the 27 Club Coffee by Machine Gun Kelly in Cleveland, Ohio. Kristin is passionate about cultivating high performing teams, and mentoring younger leaders within the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, karaoke, and going to sporting events.
