Xurro

Juan Carlos Covarrubias is the owner of Xurro. He became involved in his parents' business at the young age of 13 when they started selling freshly made churros at the Chicago Maxwell Street Flea Market. He is passionate about bringing delicious and traditional churros to his customers, and he is excited to continue sharing his Mexican culture. Additionally, he is the owner of Raizes Mexican Cocktail Bar and a part-owner of Istmo Oaxacan Cuisine.
