Gustavo Torres is the Kitchen Manager at Empire Burger Bar in Naperville, where he has held his current role for the past five years. A foundational member of the team, Gustavo has been with the company since its inception and has played a key role in its growth and operational success. 

Prior to joining Empire Burger Bar, Gustavo served as Sous Chef under Chef Mitch Garcia at The Wise Boxer Pourhouse for two years, further refining his culinary and leadership skills. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Lead at Two Brothers Roundhouse, where he built a strong foundation in kitchen operations and team development. 

Gustavo brings extensive industry experience, a commitment to quality, and a proven track record of leadership to his role.
