Tyler grew up with a passion for the kitchen with a Swedish grandmother catering for parties, and the other half of his family being of Italian descent enjoying large family gatherings centered around food. Tyler began his venture into the culinary world during high school working in every kitchen possible from pizza places & deli’s to Mexican & Italian cuisine, just wanting to learn everything. Finally going to culinary school in his late twenties Tyler had an internship with Chef David Sapp who pushed him in the right direction, and from there started working under some of the top chefs in the country, such as Chef Jimmy Bannos, Chef Geoff Rhyne, and Chef Keith Wills. During this time the farm to table movement became Tyler’s focus and driving point.
Now Chef Tyler is looking to share his passion with anyone who desires to join.
