Chef Marco DiBenedetto is an esteemed, 16 year member of the Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse team. A graduate of the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Marco’s culinary career has spanned nearly three decades, most of which has been inside a steakhouse. Chef Marco’s long-time love of cooking was inspired by his mother at a young age and has been his passion ever since. His culinary skills and deep connection to the kitchen, are what fuels his one goal as a chef: To find the purity in each ingredient, and to teach customers the value of each ingredient’s simple integrity. Marco achieves this goal daily, as the Executive Chef of Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse in Rosemont. In doing so, he echoes the main goal of Gibsons Restaurant Group’s – Providing an unmatched level of quality, service, and value to all customers.
