Lloyd joined the Trump culinary team in May 2015 as Chef from the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company for over fourteen years. He has been key in supporting the outlets and leading the banquet kitchen as the main point of contact. He has brought creativity and enhanced presentations to our menus and a new organization to the kitchen in a short time.

Lloyd was born and raised in Zambia, Africa where from an early age he developed a love for cooking. His philosophy of cooking and its place in a hotel is that touching all the senses is vital. Success comes from a holistic picture of china, glass, silver, ambiance, service and key relationships between the kitchen, the front of the house and the guests.

Combining the drive of a passionate culinarian with keen business sense Lloyd will drive the Trump culinary operation here to achieve great results. Sahs.
