Kyle was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and began his culinary career over 10 years ago. Kyle attended the Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. While continuing his career in the industry, he moved to Denver for 4 years and learned the industry on the west coast before returning to Chicago. He learned under Michael Kornick while opening Henry's Swing Club before moving into his real passion, BBQ. This lead him to Uncle Bubs BBQ where he has been honing his Pitmaster skills while developing new southern comfort and BBQ ideas.
