Kevin has been tending bar for roughly 10 years (on and off). He has been in the hotel industry since 2011 when he opened The Pump Room at Public Hotels under Ian Schraeger. In 2013, he was fortunate enough to work with an amazing bar team at Drumbar, a rooftop lounge inside the Rafaello Hotel, where he developed a passion for both brown spirits and craft cocktails. In addition to having a top tier brown spirits list, the bar team is extremely knowledgeable in the art of craft cocktails. In October of 2013 he started at the Langham, where he learned the art of creating menus for the masses. Creating menus and cocktails for a clientele outside the U.S. was a great challenge and definitely opened many different avenues.
