Justin has been working in the industry since 2005, previously serving as Chef de Cuisine at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans. He was the recipient of Louisiana Cookin’ Magazine’s “5 Chefs to Watch” award in 2010 and won first place in Southern Breeze Magazine’s “Top Chef Competition” in 2008. He joined Ideology Entertainment Group in January 2014. Since then, he has been instrumental in Chicago q's continued menu development and kitchen operations.
In February 2014, Justin opened Blue Door Farm Stand in Lincoln Park, which was named one of Chicago Magazine’s top 50 restaurants. He is currently opening Ideology Entertainment’s newest concept, La Storia Ristorante. His passion for excellence is evident as he develops menus for current and future projects.
