Brian Enyart





Brian has twenty years of restaurant experience of which 15 years were spent heading the culinary team with Chef Rick Bayless at Frontera Grill. During his years with Bayless, Enyart served as the Managing Chef of both Frontera Grill and Topolobampo and in 2007, the Chef de Cuisine of Topolobampo. Brian managed the creative direction of a twelve million dollar a year operation while managing a kitchen team of more than fifty employees.

During Brian’s time with Chef Bayless, Topolobampo won the coveted James Beard award for most outstanding restaurant and earned one Michelin star. Brian also appeared in Iron Chef America and Top Chef Masters. Brian organized hundreds of high profile events.

After his time with Chef Bayless, Brian accepted a position as corporate chef for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises in which he aided in the opening menu development for seventeen restaurants nationwide. Brian worked to develop and open El Camino in Louisville, Kentucky until Dos Urban Cantina was close to being realized.
