Camille grew up peering into the kitchen window of her family’s regional Italian restaurant in Jackson Hole, WY. Her love of food and the Italian way naturally lead her to Rome, Italy for her undergraduate degree and then on to culinary school at the Art Institute in Philadelphia before returning home to take the reigns as Executive Chef. She now enjoys discovering and sharing the culinary treasures of Chicago through her blog,, and NBC’s Non-stop “Foodies” program.
