Pittsburgh native, Kelly Jane Wilson, discovered her passion for food at a very young age. While working in the kitchen alongside both of her grandmothers, Kelly quickly learned how food had the ability to make people happy. “When you cook with your heart, people can taste the goodness you bring” - this has been her philosophy and motto in every kitchen. Kelly is a self-taught pastry chef, with a noteworthy talent for combining sweet and savory flavors.


Recognizing Chicagoland as a high profile culinary destination, Kelly Jane soon realized had she found a place that she could call home. Within a couple of years, Kelly Jane attained the title of Executive Pastry Chef at Foxfire Tavern and Ristorante Chianti in Geneva, Illinois.


In 2004, Restaurants-America hired Kelly Jane as the Sous Chef at Solera. She quickly worked her way up to Corporate Training Chef. Kelly Jane continues to improve the Restaurants-America brand and builds integrity on a daily basis by personally handling each new restaurant opening, both locally and nationally. When she’s not traveling, Kelly Jane can be found at Townhouse Restaurant &Wine Bar, located in the Chicago Loop.
