Toni Patisserie and Café

Toni Marie Cox is an artist, a pastry chef and a proprietress. Toni honed her artistry as Executive Pastry Chef at Chicago's elegant Mayfair Regent Hotel and Le Ciel Bleu. Disney sought out her talents to open The Disneyland Hotel , Paris. In 1994, after three years in France, Toni returned and began to supply the Hinsdale area with her fabulous treats. Originaly Toni Marie's, the Hinsdale location is now Toni Patisserie and Cafe. Her experience, style, and artistry are evident in the jewel-like pastries and cakes created, as well as the fabulous savory offerings. Toni has now brought those same delicious offerings to Chicago with the opening of her new shop at 65 E. Washington St.
