Chris comes to Uncommon Ground with over 13 years of kitchen experience. Prior to moving to Chicago in 2009, Chris worked under 5-time James Beard Award Semifinalist, David Tallent of Restaurant Tallent. Chris is dedicated to establishing relationships with local farmers and serving the freshest ingredients.
