Massimiliano Ziano

Grand Hyatt Shanghai

Massimiliano Ziano (Chef Massi), a graduate of Hotel Management at ColombattoSchool in Italy. From February 1992 to January 2000, he joined many restaurants namely La Smarrita, Turin (Italy) Bice Restaurant, London (UK) and Balbo Restaurant, Turin (Italy).
From February 2000 to May 2009, he has worked for several leading hotels such as Shangri-la Hotel (Bangkok), Grand Hyatt Jakarta (Indonesia) Grand Hyatt Singapore (Singapore) and Park Hyatt Saigon (Vietnam). In May 2009, he arrived in China to work as Executive Chef for Grand Hyatt Shanghai.
