 Lionel Rigolet

Comme chez Soi

Having learned his craft in some of the best Belgian and European establishments, working alongside Joël Robuchon, Frédy Girardet and at the Haeberlin family’s Auberge de l’Ill, he has gradually taken over Comme chez Soi. This was the restaurant that his father-in-law Pierre Wynants raised to the highest levels of global gastronomy from the late 1970s and onwards.

Lionel Rigolet today has two Michelin stars plus a 19/20 from Gault Millau, a publication that named him chef of the year in 2007. His cuisine is very much of our times. Yet it pays great respect to his illustrious predecessor’s prestigious heritage, whilst including the very traditional dishes for which this chef is so well known.
