Ken has been with Sunset Foods developing recipes and menus for twenty five years. He sources ingredients and products for use in Food Service and Retail Deli operations. Originally from California, Ken, is working as a Chef in Fine Dining and Alternative Restaurants in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
