With over 15 years of restaurant experience, Chef Drew Keane has developed an expertise in an array of global cuisines ranging from classic Italian techniques to traditional Oaxacan flavors, and beyond. Drew joined Gibsons Restaurant Group in 2017 and was a part of the Gibsons Italia opening team.  After a brief stint away, he returned in 2024 as executive chef of Gibsons Italia.  With a passion for putting a fresh spin on cherished favorites, he approaches each dish with creativity and precision, ensuring that every bite is a culinary delight.
