This unapologetic approach earned him the People's Choice Award at the Hamburger Hop for the "Sourvein"—a towering masterpiece featuring a burger topped with blackened chicken tenders, waffles, cheddar, bacon, raspberry aioli, and maple syrup. Driven by the pure joy of seeing people react to his food, Dan brings a mix of veteran expertise and fearless flavor to the competition. When he finally steps away from the grill, you can usually find him enjoying a bonfire or spending time at the shooting range.
