GAYLORD FINE INDIAN CUISINE
Chef Trinidad Paez is the Executive Chef for Gaylord Fine Indian Cuisine in Chicago. Chef Paez has grown up in the Indian restaurant business, starting his cooking career at the age of 18 at Gaylord in Schaumburg, and was trained under chefs from 5 star hotels in India, such as the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. His attention to detail and the ability to flawlessly blend a variety of spices while preserving the freshness of ingredients creates a perfect blend of taste and presentation to Gaylord's cuisine. He is joined by Gaylord's Assistant Chef Rathod, who has over 20 years of experience in the Indian culinary industry.
