Stacy began his career in pastry 6 years ago as a career changer and student at The French Pastry School. Upon graduation and completing an internship with the school, he began working at Vanille Patisserie in the Fall of 2010. After working his way up the ranks, Stacy was promoted to Executive Pastry Chef in June 2014. This is Vanille's 2nd year participating at Chicago Gourmet, and Chef Stacy is excited to share Vanille's special French pastries with everyone.
