Shaun Connolly is Executive Chef of Presidio and an esteemed Chicago chef. After studying at Kendall College, Connolly staged at a Michelin star Dublin restaurant before working at several award-winning restaurants including Epic, Moto, Nightwood, and Takashi. Most recently, Connolly was Chef De Cuisine at downtown favorite, Chicago Cut steakhouse. In his Executive Chef role, Connolly focuses on seasonal ingredients, rotating his menu daily at Presidio.
