Patrick Cloud, Chicago native and head chef of Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits in Logan Square & Lincoln Square. After graduating culinary school, Patrick cooked and toured through Italy for a few months. His first kitchen job was at Trattoria 141, an italian restaurant in Atlanta. After a year there, He returned home to Chicago to enhance my skills at some of the top city restaurants. He has worked at Bin 36, Boka, GT Fish & Oyster, Maude’s Liquor Bar & Bavette’s Bar & Boeff.
With predominately a savory background, Patrick started at Bang Bang in hopes to learn baking and pastries. He quickly found his niche & was promoted to kitchen manager, and was given the opportunity to expand the savory menu.
With time spent away from the shop, he enjoys seeing and traveling with my family and friends & dining out and all the great place Chicago has to offer.
