Glazed & Infused
Nick Stewart joins Glazed & Infused after nearly 5 years with the Marion Street Cheese market as pastry chef and sous chef under Chef Leonard Hollender. He also worked with Michelle Garcia at Bleeding Heart Bakery. He worked behind the scenes on Michelle's Food Network Cake Challenges.
Nick attended Joliet Junior College culinary school and graduated in 2007. He grew up in Plainfield and studied culinary arts in HS. He played the trombone in the HS band! He moved to Chicago when he was 20 years old to pursue his passion for cooking and pastry.
Nick's favorite doughnut is PB&J. He enjoys brewing his own beer and artisan coffees.
Nick is excited to be part of the Glazed & Infused team and to bring some new ideas to the world of doughnuts. His culinary philosophy is seasonal and local and looks forward to new creative approaches to the doughnut.
