Pastry Chef Mindy Gohr attended Le Cordon Bleu Chicago where she mastered classic techniques and recipes and earned a degree in Baking and Patisserie. Starting as an extern in 2005, Mindy has blossomed under James Beard-recognized chef, Judy Contino at Bittersweet Pastry Shop. After working through the ranks, Mindy is now a co-owner of Bittersweet, one of Chicago's premier bakeries. She has made cakes for notable clients such as former mayor Richard M. Daley, the owners of the Chicago Blackhawks, and for local and national magazines such as Chicago Social Brides and The Knot.
