Chef Jeffrey attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he obtained his baking and pastry arts degree. Born and raised in Chicago’s Logan Square, Chef Jeffrey began his career at Boka Restaurant in Chicago before moving on to L2O Restaurant; both Michelin star-rated restaurants when he served as Pastry Chef de Partie. His baking and pastry talents brought him to Hyatt Regency Chicago in 2015 where he oversees the pastry department of the 2,019 room hotel, as well as all banquet functions in the 228,000 square foot meeting and event space.
