Dine Around Ticket Offer - Application Form

To apply for a complimentary, one-day Main Event ticket through the Dine Around program, please complete the below application providing:

  • Your contact information
  • The restaurants at which you dined. They must be five different participating Dine Around restaurants.
  • The receipt amounts for each meal. Each must be valued at a minimum of $35 before tax and tip.
  • The dates you dined.

This application form allows for a maximum of two people. To receive two (2) tickets, each of the five restaurant receipts must reflect a total of at least $70 ($35 per person) before tax and tip. Also, the name and email address of the additional individual must be provided. Only one person from the duo needs to apply -- multiple applications are not necessary.

Online application forms will be accepted between September, 19, 2014 at 10:00 AM CST and September 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM CST. A limited number of tickets is available and will be distributed first come, first served. Those receiving complimentary tickets will be officially notified via email by Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 5:00PM CST. Only one ticket per person will be distributed. A copy of this application (which will be available to print upon submission), a copy of the official email notification, the original restaurant receipts, and proper ID for the individual(s) on this application will be required at check-in.
