Chef Danny Sweis of tesori Chicago has been in the industry for 15 years. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, Chef Danny moved to Chicago to pursue the strengthening of his culinary skills. Past experience includes Chef de Cuisine at Marché, Executive Chef of Gioco, and Executive Chef of Quartino restaurants. Chef Danny currently flexes his skills at tesori Chicago, an Italian-inspired concept in the Chicago Loop.
