Chef Carlos Nunez entered the restaurant scene at the age of 15, working under Chef John Manion (Mas, Motel Bar) and Chef Justin White (Small Bar). In 2012 he began working at Takito Kitchen and soon became Sous Chef to Executive Chef David Dworshak. Nunez is now the Executive Sous Chef at Takito Kitchen, delivering an innovative, "Modern Mexican" cuisine using many locally-sourced, fresh ingredients and complex flavors, all tucked inside a homemade tortilla.
