Allison is the sous-chef at Local Foods' Stock Cafe. She's helped lead the kitchens at SundayDinner Club and Hoosier Mama Pie Company. She co-wrote the Hoosier Mama Book of Pie and her recipes have been featured in the Soup and Bread Cookbook and Chicago Tribune. She teaches cooking classes for kids and adults, volunteers for Pilot Light, and loves to make soup for the Hideout’s Soup and Bread, a weekly winter charity whose donations benefit local food pantries.
