Working his way through the culinary landscape of Chicago, Chef Aaron Lirette has worked at the Sofitel, DuChamp, Acadia and before joining the pre-opening team at Celeste in 2013. Lirette spent a year honing his skills and perfecting Celeste’s menu with stages around the city before they opened in 2014.
Lirette spends most of his time in the kitchen at Celeste executing the nightly dining service or perfecting the upcoming menu. The talented chef can often be found creating special tastings for friends and industry insiders who visit Celeste. A resident of Ukrainian Village, Lirette enjoys his off time by meeting up with fellow industry members at neighborhood favorites.
