Host of Public TV's "Sara's Weeknight Meals"
One of the most trusted names in the food industry, Sara Moulton’s credibility rests on her expertise and experience. She graduated with high honors from the Culinary Institute of America in 1977 (and was named the CIA’s Chef of the Year in 2001), spent seven years working in restaurants in New York and Boston, and taught at Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School (now known as The Institute of Culinary Education).
The Food Editor of ABC-TV’s “Good Morning America” since 1997, Sara was a founding personality at the Food Network as host of “Cooking Live,” “Cooking Live Primetime,” and “Sara’s Secrets” between 1996 and 2005. From 1987 until the magazine folded in October of 2009, Sara served as Gourmet Magazine’s executive chef.
Created in 2008, “Sara’s Weeknight Meals” will begin its fourth season in the coming year. She is also the author of Sara's Secrets for Weeknight Meals
