Wilairat Kornnoppaklao

Thailand International Culinary School

 In 2001 Wilairat received her Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand. She then decided to go in a different direction and in 2010 Wilairat graduated from William Angliss Institute in Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Hospitality Management specializing in Commercial Cookery steam. Currently she is the Culinary Expert at the Suan Dusit International Culinary School at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University in Bangkok, Thailand.

Previous work experience includes: 

-Food consultant for the TV show Junior Master Chef Thailand 2013

-Taught a Thai master class at Kendall College in Chicago

-Chef at the Australian open, The Grand Slam of Asia/Pacific, The Oval Asian Kitchen, and Delaware North Company, Australia. 

Some achievements of Wilairat include winning the Silver medal for Restaurant of Champions, Oceana Feast 2013 in Perth, Australia and winning the Gold medal with second runner up Trophy for Individual Hot Cooking, 2012 World Master Chef Championship in Huaxi, Jiangyin, China.
